Biomass Fractionation. The Carbofrac®continuous fractionation reactor enables extraction of the sugars contained in a biomass feedstock and is the centrepiece of BioGasol’s technology platform. Lösningen blev alltså en fossilfri biogasol som levereras av Kosan Gas, en av Nordens ledande leverantörer av gasol. Biogasolen utvinns uteslutande från biobaserade restprodukter eller Regeringen föreslår att biogasol ska befrias från energi- och koldioxidskatt. Syftet är att minska utsläppen av koldioxid och bidra till att nå målen om nettonollutsläpp till 2045.

Europeiska kommissionen beslutade i går att godkänna Sveriges statsstödsansökningar för skattebefrielse av icke livsmedelbaserad biogas och biogasol som används för uppvärmning respektive motordrift. Vad är biogasol? Biogasol är en blandning av biopropan och biobutan. Användningen är främst inom industriella processer men biogasol är också populärt som bränsle till husvagnar, terassvärmare och grillar, alltså precis samma användningsområden som för gasol med fossilt ursprung.
